First Career Day at the First Syrian Private University

On 10th April 2010, Kalamoon Placement and Career Services center (KPCS) at the University of Kalamoon in co-operation with the Syrian Business Council (SBC) organized the first Career Day at all the Syrian Universities.

Through which we were trying to deliver our social message by building highly qualified human capital for the country, reducing the number of unemployment and thus helping the Syrian economy.

More than 20 companies (the most important leading companies in Syria) participated in this event; with more than 400 students with different majors from all faculties applied for Job/Internship opportunities.

That was evaluated by the participated companies as a very good event and should be enhanced by the Syrian lab market.

The following were offered during the event:

  • On campus interviews
  • On campus recruitment
  • Internship opportunities
  • Job offers
  • Delivering workshops about career skills development, career counseling and the job market needs

Reviews about the KPCS Career Day:

  • It was a very successful event; the organization was exceptional and your team was very helpful and cooperative. Looking forward to having future events with you --- Transtek
  • Better than “Job Fair” in terms of applications --- Omrat

For those who are interested/ looking for good opportunities do not hesitate to share us our events in the near future. BE READY…
